The advertisements on the Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Site and are not offers to sell. Shop.BriereProductionGroup.com’s acceptance of an order will be deemed once a shipping notice has been dispatched to you via email, and at which time forms a legally binding contract with Briere Production Group Inc., the operator of Shop.BriereProductionGroup.com.
Shop.BriereProductionGroup.com reserves the right to terminate any order for any reason, including, but not limited to: a) where goods are not available; b) where payment authorization cannot be obtained; or c) in the event of a pricing or product description error. If your order has been terminated due to a pricing mis-print, an opportunity will be made available for you to purchase the product at the correct price. If you wish to cancel your offer you must notify us in writing before your order has been marked as “Scheduled to Ship” , you can view this in your account. If your order has already shipped, then we unfortunately cannot fulfill your cancellation request.
All prices appearing on the Website are quoted in Canadian dollars.
Shop.BriereProductionGroup.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and Wire Transfers. Please also ask about Interac Email Money Transfers, Wire Transfers, School Board Purchase Orders, or Leasing options. See the “Security” section for details on how Shop.BriereProductionGroup.com protects your information.
Applicable taxes will be added to your order upon checkout. This includes GST, PST or HST for all orders shipping within Canada.
Shop.BriereProductionGroup.com is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged by customs as the result of shipments outside of Canada. (You will however be responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase.)

Shop.BriereProductionGroup.com does not collect or store credit card information.
In-stock items (those marked with an “In-Stock” indicator) are typically shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Out-of-stock orders are shipped once the item(s) is back in stock. We will send you an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery timing will depend on the method of delivery selected at check-out. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
All items ship from our warehouse located in the Greater Vancouver Area. We are also pleased to offer Local Pick-ups from our Burnaby warehouse for orders placed online! Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notification, including pick up location. Orders may be picked up Monday to Friday 10:30am – 4:00pm. We will hold items for pick-up for 10 business days unless otherwise arranged. After 10 business days, the order will be cancelled. Special Order items not picked up will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee.
Freight Shipments, all shipments leaving our warehouse on a skid include pre-paid freight to the threshold of the property. Extra charges which are not pre-paid will automatically be billed to your account. These ‘extra’ charges can include, but are not limited to: liftgate, inside delivery, residential, appointment, 2 man delivery, peir charges, pallet truck, etc.
Any shipments refused or undeliverable will be returned back to Shop.BriereProductionGroup.com at your expense. Once the package arrives back at our warehouse we will contact you to attempt to re-deliver the order or cancel the order should you wish. This fee is in addition to the shipping fee to send the item to you initially which is non-refundable.
Shop.BriereProductionGroup.com will only ship to verified addresses validated either by credit card issuers or PayPal. Shipping to freight forwarders or redirection of shipments will not be accepted.
Any claim of shipping damage must be made within 5 business days of receipt.
All returned opened items are subject to a maximum 25% restocking fee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit (less restocking fee & shipping) within 14 days of invoice date.
Shop.BriereProductionGroup.com will accept returns for defective goods that you have ordered from us within 14 days of invoice date for exchange only.
All Returns must contain all associated packaging and materials (ie accessories, manuals, wires, etc). Merchandise that is not returned in brand-new condition, including damages, abuse, marks, showing wear, or with missing packaging or accessories, will be subject to additional charges. Shipping and Handling charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable, including any shipping fees not directly incurred that are part of a free shipping promotion
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following types of products: Customized, special order, used products, clearance products, expendable items, bulk cable, cartridges, replacement lamps/bulbs, opened internal computer hardware, rigging supplies, tape, needles, cleaner kits, effect fluid or juice, software, gels, music, displays/televisions/monitors, flooring, opened acoustic panels or parts (replacement, repair or item components) – these products are final sale.
Returns or exchanges for the following items will only be accepted if they are in factory sealed packaging due to hygienic reasons: headphones & microphones.
All returns made MUST be authorized in advance by a customer service representative - and paper work dispatched to you via email. Your RMA form must be included in the box and your RMA number located on the waybill / packaging. Any returned items that arrive without prior approval or missing documentation may be rejected by our shippers. Once received, returns will be processed within 5 business days.
